Booking & Reservation

  • All bookings are subject to room availability.

  • A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory during check-in.
  • The hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings in case of policy violation.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in and check-out timings are as per hotel policy.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Short-stay or hourly bookings are calculated strictly as per the booked duration.

Room Occupancy

  • The number of guests per room must not exceed the limit specified at the time of booking.
  • Unregistered visitors are not permitted inside guest rooms.

Payment Policy

  • Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or other accepted payment methods.
  • Advance payment may be required to confirm the reservation.
  • All applicable taxes are charged as per government regulations.

Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and refund policies depend on the booking type and duration. Guests are advised to review the cancellation terms at the time of booking.

Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect hotel property.
  • Any damage to hotel property will be chargeable to the guest.
  • Illegal activities, loud music, or nuisance are strictly prohibited.

Hotel Facilities

  • The hotel shall not be held responsible for service interruptions beyond its control.

Liability

Hotel Mood Lodging & Boarding is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings of guests during their stay.
