Age Policy

Guests must be 19 years or older to check in at the hotel.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In: 11:00 AM
• Check-Out: 11:00 AM

ID Proof Requirements

All guests are required to present a valid original government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.

Accepted ID Proofs:

• Passport
• Aadhaar Card
• Driving Licence
• Voter ID

Note: Photocopies or digital copies are not accepted.

Local & Outstation Guests

Guests are welcome whether they are from the local area or travelling from outside Vasai-Virar. Valid ID proof is mandatory for all.

Right of Admission

Hotel Mood Lodging & Boarding reserves the right of admission and may deny check-in to any guest at its sole discretion to maintain safety, comfort, and decorum on the premises.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• A full refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time.
• If the booking is made within 24 hours of check-in, a refund will be applicable only if the cancellation is completed within 15 minutes of booking.
• No refund will be provided in case of a no-show.
• No refund will be applicable for early check-out or cancellation during the stay.
